... Sitting at our favorite lunch spot today I was having a flashback of 2014. Like any other year that has ticked off from my life, 2014 is just about to go in a few hours as the orange orb is sinking down the window! It was no doubt the most happening year of my life professionally & personally. Colorful events, late night preps, project pressures, launches, events and what not – job has been demanding as ever! Side by side I came across people who became good and then fast friends and then were gone in the blink of an eye… Sitting at our favorite spot today I was thinking about these friends whom I have to plan to meet now. Shared laughters, smiling waves while we crossed each other in corridors, morning teas and warm lunches being an everyday routine has now turned into occasional meet ups! I MISS YOU ALL GUYS… today, more than any other day! Where I have parted with my gang, I met up with my sister after four years and her little angle! Family gatherings had been more frequent than ever I can remember. Blessed has been the times and I can’t thank my creator for being generous and loving towards me…Alhamdulillah ! … and how can I forget my gang I met towards the end of this year who have become a habit of me… bless you all my girlies for being there for me in hardship and pleasure … I know I have more than a few shoulders to cry on and few more laughs to share! … Wars, killings, attacks, shoot outs, murders, natural clematis that we have endured as a nation was may be a test we were picked to go through. I cannot even imagine the pain or count the tears of those whose loved ones are there no more. I pray to my Allah that he eases our pain and fill us with peace as a whole… Ameen I want to tell my loved and cherished ones that I love you and my life is not complete without you. With all the sweet bitter memories of 2014, I pray that this new year be a positive year for all of us... Ameen !
