Sitting having a beer and thinking about our match today. When we got drawn at home against Drumaness, I thought itd be a tough match. To have 2 players tell me theyre unavailable, it made me think itd be a bit tougher. Then to have 2 more called into work at the last minute really stung.....But we rallied got players in and played our hearts out, we were beat 3-2, but came away with a big sense of pride, and to have their coaching staff come off the pitch saying they were lucky and we deserved more confirmed my thoughts of our display. I have to say, even though we were beat, Ive never been more proud of my squad of players than I was today. With an average age of 22, I know we can get better if we stick together and keep improving. Cmon the wee orange!!
