Sitting here beside my oldest sisters hospital bed and a song keeps popping in my head, Our God is an awesome God he reigns from Heaven above with wisdom power and love, our God is an awesome God. Those May not be exact words but they are fitting for me. Her body is being taken from her by that dreaded disease, but she and I both know, her soul is at peace our Lord and Savior. She asked me what I thought about just throwing up her hands knowing were on borrowed time left here. My fleshly body of course responded, dont give up, dont ever give up. However, deep inside I know she does not want to endure all this pain. She put her faith and trust in God Almighty years ago and has faithfully tried to serve Him even with all the health issues she has endured. As tears run down my face in posting this, I just ask for your prayers for peace and comfort for all our family. Well know a little more once we see the oncologist on Tuesday. Thanks so much for all the prayers and kind words already sent and expressed. Linda, I love you lots.
