Sitting in subway...listening to radio cut out or be pure static.....This after spending 5 minutes trying to get my phone to work in this sprawling metropolis I like to call the shitty! Normally I wouldnt complain, but after looking at our recent phone bill and seeing how much we are getting over charged, and trying to not snap at the 3 girls behind the counter to change it off the pure static station....Im finding myself thinking fondly back to Australia....where in the middle of absolute nowhere on our cheap $30 pay as you go that came with enough free minutes to pay for itself, I could access everything o needed on it no problems ever! Secondly, the customer service industry there is just that, customer service based, not this thats not my problem, and youre lucky I even work here business, this noise issue would have been righted,right away, not still listening to static as I accidentally knock over remainder of my drink as o leave so that the 3 ladies standing behind counter have something to distract themselves from trying to ignore their jobs
