*Sitting in the kitchen of Vals house rewinding with a cup of coffee after the mad dash of getting Kyra and Bob off to their first day of school. As I take a sip I look over at Astrid sitting on the other side of the table, with that sad/happy expression on her face, I feel it to, but mine is more of wondering if the kids will behave rather then them being gone for the day. Setting the cup down I figure its time I dive in and tell her about yesterdays purchase.* You know how you said you wanted to see the houses after I weeded them down to a few selections? *That statement has her lifting her head, staring me in the eyes now* That isnt going to be happening.
