Sitting on porch enjoying my coffee. Today at work did something to my lower back. Cant bend down or when I do it hurts so bad to get up. Certain way I walk hurts it to. Taken Tylenol Motrin. Now going with icy hot. Maybe sleep with heating pad. Hope and pray its better by tomorrow. Shew. I went ahead took Addison and Haley to Allen to gymnastics. I barely couldnt get up and down bleachers. Dont like this at all. May be a pulled muscle. Or could just be my kidneys. If no better guess I do need to see dr castle Little Addison loved going to this gymnastics. The other she said was nothing like this one. Lol. Then after dropping her off went almost to the end of little mud lick. And a state trooper had some boys out of their truck Right in the road. Sit there for a bit then the trooper walked around the guys truck throwing his arms meaning for me to leave. Well I had to back out of there. No turning places until I got to the place that my sister n law parents own. Had to turn. Talking about hurting. Wow. My neck to. I think the boys were going to jail. As I was backing up heard a huge pop it was a turtle. Omg. Felt terrible. Love turtles. Shew. Brb ;)
