Sitting out on the benches - kicking back for a few after a hard days work - enjoying the sounds of summer - soft breeze blowing through the pines, crickets chirping in a myriad of tones, couple of bullfrogs still lingering in the few storm puddles adding to the bass, swish of horse tails like a brush on a snare drum, soft purr of barn cat on my lap, and as dusk turns to dark and half moon rises in the sky, the lilt of coyote howls adds to the chorus - just perfect. What an enjoyable moment in time. Think Ill have to get my drum out and add something to this Song of Summer later on tonight..... Namaste.......
