Sitting through Vacation Bible School (VBS) and noticed something I thought interesting, you might to. I noticed the children were doing whatever they were told to do as the teachers led them. It was easy for the instructors to get the kids to raise their hands or have them repeat what they just said, they only had to tell them and the children did it, whatever it was. It’s funny how when kids grow up it’s harder to convince them to do what you tell them to do. Anyways, I also noticed that other religious practices use the same technique as VBS did and isn’t that called indoctrination (1: to instruct especially in fundamentals or basics: TEACH, 2: to instill with a usually follower or sectarian opinion, point of view, or principle).
