Sitting up with Ms.Beeps. Weve had a rough evening. The thing I had hoped would never happen did... She had 2 seizures back to back starting about 10pm. For those who are familiar with epilepsy in dogs, you know its very upsetting and it really stresses their bodies. This is very scary for us with the Beeps because of her heart condition. While she was seizing earlier tonight, I was so afraid her heart would give out. Thankfully she fought through it with us but then just 45 minutes ago she had a couple more seizures. She just had another a few minutes ago. :( I gave her a 2nd dose of phenobarbital a little over an hour ago. I dont know whats triggering all the seizures. She hasnt had any in months (5 +) I keep telling her to stop scaring mommy. :/ I worry that her heart cant keep taking this stress. So not fair. She doesnt deserve this. Send lots of prayers... well those of you who are still up like me.
