Situation 1 A family (parents and 2 small kids) riding a motorcycle, jeopardising their safety (especially of the kids since only parents wearing helmet) Situation 2 Patients default appointment because no transport available Situation 3 Patients come to hospital at later stage of illness or when symptom are at its worst because no transport available until their children are around Situation 4 Country leaders have no problem with transport; luxurious car with fuel, driver, police escort, other road users have to give way to the parade - all are at the expense of taxpayers money ~rakyatdidahulukan~
