Sixty years ago today, the Supreme Court issued its landmark decision in Brown v. Board of Education, ending legal segregation in Americas public schools. Two years earlier, Judge Seitz of Delawares Court of Chancery ordered the integration of black students into white schools in two cases that made their way to the U.S. Supreme Court as part of Brown.
