Skateboarding has become an industry full of baby geniuses and prodigies. Its funny how it has kind of turned on itself. The new talent out there is undeniable but the new attitude is detestable. Rarely did I ever see kids back in New York skating and just having fun. More so, I saw complex pissing contests full of ego and judgement. Skate videos get churned out nowadays like blog posts and each one is trying to be a game changer with each companys recruits slaving over intricacy just to be relevant. Anti-Hero skateboards on the other hand, has made a video that embodies what I feel to be a true testament to what skateboarding really means, especially to those of us whod rather not have to subject ourselves to the trends within the industry. For those of you who dont skateboard, I dont expect you to really understand but this is an instant classic right here. Maybe my opinion is influenced by nostalgia over filming skate videos and doing road trips when I was younger, but this is what its all about, man: Good friends, good music, and an unending sense of humor that glues it altogether like the plies of a board.
