Skin care Tips: Acne / Pimples Acne is a serious problem. There are two types of it. The what called HORMONAL ACNE which means; nasa lahi nyo na. And the one is BACTERIAL ACNE;lack of cleanliness , and maybe the foods you eat too. Improper lifestyle. Tips to lessen and avoid them: 1. HYGIENE is a must. You should wash your face 2-3 times a day. Make sure you always keep your pillowcase clean. Change it everyday. 2. Dont touch your Face! Never touch your face with your bare hands. Hands is one of the dirtiest part of the body (unless you washed them before touching your face). Always keep your hair away from your face as possible. 3. Be WATERified! Have the habit of drinking lots of water. Water is like the oxygen of our skin. 4. Always keep your make up brushes/sponge clean as well. 5. Oily stop! Having oily face is like a magnet for pimples. Bacterias will easily form with it. To lessen it, lessen your fatty foods,(ex: fries, fried foods) you can still eat them but make sure its once a week. 6. Salty and Choco no more! Salty foods are prohibited too. Too much salt can cause pimples too. And too much CHOCOLATES too. Eating above average grams of choco can make your hormones gone wild and this may cause pimples too. If you eat too much chocos it has this reaction that your endogen hormones will be awaken. Endogens are the hormones releases every time we have monthly period. Thats why were having pimples at that time. And eating chocos are activating. Not only for girls but boys too! 7. Green Tealicious~ start chugging some green tea too! It has lots of antioxidants that are good for skin. 8. Lastly, Enough rest and sleep. Sleeping is the only time our skin regenerates and help our skin to heal those wounds probably. Thats it!
