~ Skinny is beautiful. Fit is beautiful. Curvy is beautiful. Thick is beautiful. Big is beautiful. Its ALL beautiful!!! With all of that being said, there are mean people on BOTH sides of the weight spectrum! Whether you are the skinny person bullying the overweight person or youre the overweight person telling the skinny person that they should eat more, its NOT right either way!! Neither one of the bullies are no better than the other! When you look at a person, all you see is their shell, but do you know their STORY beyond their outer shell?! Yeah go call that overweight/obese person names to be mean, but maybe theyve been struggling their entire life to be healthy and needs some encouragement! Yeah, joke with your skinny friend about how super thin they are, but maybe you dont seem to think that theyve been trying their hardest to gain some weight or muscle mass with little to no success. No matter how you look at it, name calling and insults based on size light OR heavy is NEVER right! Period! Its not going to make you any better than anyone else or more beautiful being that mean! There are more than enough body image issues going on these days on BOTH ends of the weight spectrum! Think about that the next time you wanna joke around about the size or weight of a person. #realtalk #imjustsaying #spokenwithlove
