Slams Reverse Proceed is an album of work constructed around sequences built using the iconic Cirklon Sequencer which is a piece of hardware designed and made locally in Glasgow. This device has enabled Slam to fully utilise their myriad studio hardware, distancing themselves from the software based recording techniques which have become so ubiquitous in todays electronic scene. The album sees Slam take a step back, delving into the raw fundamental elements of techno, as they move forward and focus firmly on the future and all its possibilities. Reverse Proceed is out on Monday October 27.
