Sledge Hammers (modified): Full Upper body exercise One hand at the top (handle) and bottom (head) of the hammer! Start with this hand position until you have gained full control over the hammer with full ROM. FIT TIP: Start in the staggered stance, swing hammer up and over, step foot over into a squat position and drive the hammer down. Keep back straight!
