Sleep at 7pm, woke up 3am for ZEN. Anyway, just a glimpse: Three times more positive things happen to every person than negative things every day, yet most people focus on the negative. We have an in-built tendency to remember and dwell on negative things that happen than the positive things in our lives. As a consequence, we often make a mountains of negativity (e.g. problem, blame, complain) and forget to celebrate the multitude of gifts we are given every day. Gratitude is a solution to those tendencies and it has been linked to countless benefits including increased social connection, well-being, and even improved health and optimism. Gratitude helps us thrive, be strong, and resilient.
