Sleepless night basically. Had my calories for today n went to bed HUNGRY That sux but geesh so thinking I might need to actually talk to the dietitian to make sure. Trying to wait til breakfast time to eat but man my stomach is on the verge of having a growling fit lol. But seriously thinking maybe I am like others that need to shrink their stomachs n just wait till eventually the hunger just stops. Not like I dont eat cause I really do lol. Big breakfast, snack, smaller portion lunch, snack, protein shake before gym and than a small bowl for supper So in 1 day I have 3 egg whites with 1 full egg, 6 pieces of pineapple, hash brown, blue berry bagel, banana, yogurt, cranberry trail mix, chicken salad sandwich, lots of watermelon, protein shake, chicken breast with mixed veggies n a Lil rice. And thats what I ate n starving to death I am feeling lol. Thinking upping my veggies more.
