Slept all day yesterday, today woke up and feel like I can function. Met with Mike Ford in interview for an hour, then Ely DesJardins came by with his significant other and we got to spend a nice hour chatting at the Abbey, then came back into my hermitage only to find the Jennifer Backer was in queue on my weekly Buddha Dharma University Office Hour, actually it was great catching up with her and we spent about an hour and a half, it was a lovely time. Got to briefly chat with Caleb Madison after as he was meeting with Sunyananda Dharma. Then I finished the email for the Five Mountain Zen Order National retreat at Kwan Um Sa. Now I will rest for the rest of the evening.
