Small thought... If you are thinking about calling/messaging somebody to catch up or just to say hi ... do it! Dont leave it for some other time ... This week I was planning to get in touch with a friend who I have not seen in a while. I was going to call him to set up breakfast or lunch next week. I did not call. Too busy, too much work, too many things going on, too much this, too much that, blah blah blah. Well, I just found out that he passed away last night... I am shocked and very sad he is gone, but also I hate this feeling of regret for not picking up the damn phone. So ... reach out, take action. Life is too short ...
