Smile, dial, and knock – Talented Sales Development Representative needed! This is a part-time position available in Columbus, OH. BoldlyGO Career and HR Management, LLC is looking for someone who gets excited by picking up the phone and knocking on doors to develop a list of highly-qualified prospects for an innovative voice recognition telephone system and service. Central Ohio-based telecom/telephony company with nearly 20 years in the industry is seeking a Sales Development Representative. The person in this direct B2B sales development and lead generation position is responsible for building and maintaining the sales pipeline for our unique telephone system and service. The Sales Development Representative will perform the steps of the sales process through identifying sales opportunities, making telephone calls, moving target companies into qualified prospects, setting appointments between their decision-makers and our executive team, and closing sales. The successful candidate also needs to have an excellent approach to customer care to further coordinate and manage the sales and retention account portfolios. The best candidates will be focused, persistent, creative, organized, and motivated by specific goals. Once trained, the person in this position will be expected to work with a high degree of independence and accountability in our central Ohio-based office. Ability to work independently and produce results quickly a must. QUALIFICATIONS: Our company culture is highly entrepreneurial and self-directed, although we function as a team to meet company goals. Once you have learned about our proprietary technology, your driven, self-motivated and self-directed nature should kick in to help us expand our market opportunities. We need someone with the following skills and experience: • 1-2 years’ minimum experience in B2B and direct sales of a telephony/telecom, technical or technology-based nature. • Knowledge of the principles of sales, marketing, and customer service, as well as business operations. • Knowledge/use of CRM software to track sales activities. • Sales experience in IVR, PBX, speech technology a plus. • Ability to effectively and accurately communicate verbally and in writing. • Integrity and high value on ethical and moral behavior regarding organizational operations, customer confidentiality, and overall team interactions. • A great attitude and aptitude for sales and an interest in innovation.
