Smiling and laughing are good for our health and for our psychological balance but we often think that we need to have reasons to laugh and smile and sometimes it is not easy...For example if we do not feel well or if we think we have too much stress or problems to laugh or even smile we think that we cannot smile... But what if we could laugh without reason? Imagine that even the saddest person in the world could be able to laugh just by using very simple exercises and breathing techniques... Yes,this is possible.It is possible to laugh without reason. It is possible to laugh even if we feel desesperate! This was discovered by a Medical Doctor from India, Dr Madan Kataria. Dr Kataria discovered that by using very simple breathing techniques inspired from yoga we can create Laughter at will. I have been interested by this Laughter Yoga but going to India to get the training from Dr Kataria looked a bit difficult so I just kept this project in my mind during several years. But dreams come true and recently, I discovered that there was a workshop in Japan. I enrolled immediately and here I am back with my diploma. So I will start giving Laughter Yoga classes and workshops very soon... It is so fun! I am sure you will love it.
