Smith machine shoulder press! Great exercise for been able to stack on some weight and really hit the front delt! Heres me putting in a set during todays push workout! I like keeping my wrists straight opposed to bent back so I can isolate the shoulder more, then imagine myself to be pressing diagonally forward opposed to straight up so Im not letting my tricep or rear delt take any of the weight! 15.5 weeks out from the WBFF stage @ LDN in November!Check out my full workout below & give it a go E1) Incline Smith Chest Press E2) Incline Hammer Strength Press E3) Incline Cable Flys E1) Smith Machine Shoulder Press E2) Behind Head Lat Pull Down E3) Front Plate Raises (SS) DB Lateral Raises E1) Pec Fly Machine E2) Single Arm Cable Laterals E1) Wide Grip Tricep Press (Using a Lat Pull Down machine) E2) Single Arm DB Extensions E3) DB Kickbacks Let me know how you get on! I like I include as many dropsets or tempos as I can during my sets as well to put the muscle under great stress!!
