My teammate says: I love this drink !!! I make this one daily in the summertime. It wakes me up!! Packed with protein and goodness too!! ICED FRAPUCCINO 10 ice cubes 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup almond milk 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee 2 Tbsp truvia or desired sweetener to taste 1 tsp cocoa powder 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy and smooth.
