Snakes #oldpoemiwrote People come and go in your life, just have to accept it If they not with you during your struggles then forget em Come to a point you leave me Ill do the same and leave you Gods way of saying you not wanted or trusted and I dont need you Had too many friends say they be there no matter what and had me But waited til my back was turned, took a knife and stabbed me So if you down to ride for me better be in the passenger seat Proving your worth with action, not having words speak Cuz the loudest in the room is normally the one who be the weak one For when trouble comes down racing theyll be the ones you see run Understand avoiding conflicts, but Id never leave a friend alone Motto side together and ride together, til we lay dead and gone Thats alot for a friend, even a best friend Cross out the fri and its end at the ending Thats why I consider my close friends brothas and sisters Like family, always gathering around like its breakfast, lunches, and dinners If they want you for food though then theyll use you for other things too And in favor to them they wont have nothing to bring you Be thinking they have control over you like you a remote Say if you got success theyll down you to make you seem low Never as long as you live have your life in their hands Its your life and they not god, dont look up to their plans Which is plans of destruction, dont let em destroy you Like your family they know your weakness but wont hesitate to exploit you Or do this which is the best choice too.... Choose associates wisely or stay anti social Can only trust yourself, not these ingrates who lie global In person or on networks, lost contact with everybody, not bad but all better Some friends just take advantage of your kindness Put effort in that but wont take effort when your in crisis Then sooner or later youll be in argument Weighing in on each other nothing large or thin Then prolly wont talk, maybe for quite some time But you know better next time like a person whose done time And if they wanna come back, running to you apologizing Dont give into sights of apology, but keep sight like god is watching Half the time they not trynna make the friendship closer again They trying to repeat the same stuff they did to you over again (Read em like a book, burn em like a cook) -Jordan Childs-
