Snare Part - 12 1 John 4:20-21 - If anyone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother. THE MORE AND MORE YOU PRACTICE AGAPE LOVE WHEREVER YOU GO THERE WILL BE CONVERSION AND A CHANGE OF HEART. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PREACH, YOUR VERY PRESENCE WILL BE ENOUGH, AND YOUR VERY ACTIONS WILL BE ENOUGH TO BRING CONVERSION. What is agape love? This Greek word and variations of it are found throughout the New Testament. Agape perfectly describes the kind of love Jesus Christ has for his Father and for his followers. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." (John 14:21). Agape love is an unconditional love that is always giving and impossible to take or be a taker. It devotes total commitment to seek your highest best no matter how anyone may respond. THIS FORM OF LOVE IS TOTALLY SELFLESS AND DOES NOT CHANGE WHETHER THE LOVE GIVEN IS RETURNED OR NOT. Jesus gave the parable of the Good Samaritan as an example of sacrifice for the sake of others, even for those who may care nothing at all for us, or even hate us (Luke 10:25-37). While I was meditating on Agape love I thought of a movie I had seen where the villain is getting ready for an attack planting bombs all over the battle ground before the battle. When the time comes he just clicks on the remote. The bombs burst and people die. He is able to escape because he is away from the site. The Lord said your love is similar to this scene; only in your case you are planting the bombs of love and every time these bombs explode every work of Satan is getting destroyed and the person who is planning something against you gets touched by your love. The love that you plant today is a time bomb for tomorrow. If you do not notice the results now, do not worry, the seed of love has taken root and it will grow. It is easy to love the people far away; it is not always easy to love those close to us; It is easier to give a cup of rice to relieve hunger than to relieve the loneliness and pain of someone unloved in our home; Bring love into your home for this is where our love for each other must start… Mother Theresa By Johnson Sequeira
