So AT&T U-verse-- What are the bill charges on my account? How many times do I have to tell you guys that I do NOT need nor have Voice?! I only have ONE active account and will be paying for 12Mbps (which still runs in the range of 9-10Mbps) for $28/month from September 2014-2015. Thats OUR agreement, remember?! ***Reference: Bobby Brown (bb972s)***; hes the 19th associate/agent I spoke to from the Retention Department. Do I have to repost my diary-like accounts of everything after you guys messed up my first account?! I pay for the service you guys provide (not hitting 12Mbps) *on time* but you guys do NOT hold on to your end. COME ON!!! Get your shit together!!!
