So. About that job.... Turns out- the Mon-Thursday shift is actually Mon-Thurs with mandatory overtime on Friday, Saturday, and most likely Sunday. (Every week.) The shift hours are not 7am-3:30pm as stated. They are 5am-3:30pm. Only, for the foreseeable future- it is required that you work 4am-4pm. Thats gotta be a record for shortest job term ever held. (I was very polite about the scheduling conflicts and theyll hire me back if I ever want to. They were very nice- as they had no idea that that department was working 72+ hour weeks.) (For general knowledge- i do have a seasonal gig for the month of October, and a part time hosting job. And interviews lined up this week.) Cross your fingers and toes as the search continues!
