So Bill and kids just brought out my surprise cake. Since I am recently lactose intolerant I always look at ingredients. I see Strawberry swirl ICE CREAM cake ok need to take some lactaid before eating it. As I read this out loud my husband stops and looks stunned. Uh oh, it has been in the refrigerator since yesterday, NOT freezer. He didnt even realize it was ice cream, he only saw Strawberry swirl. Lucky the packaging has one of those plastic wrappers all the way around it, like cream cakes have. So we put it in freezer and we will see if it is any good. Lol
