So, Chris and I have taken to cooking every meal for the week ahead of time on Sunday. We have a few packages of last weeks dinners still left (butternut squash and apple soup, three bean and beer chili, and veggie black bean slow cooker soup). This week we learned and made a lot less food, but weve still got feta and tomato quiche, zucchini and Brussel sprouts au gratin, veggie mini pot pies, and the fixings for a mango arugula salad. Behold, our fridge (with bonus cat). I think we went a little overboard again?
