So Dear Friends, when you do what you do, anything worth doing, even when you save a dying person, there is always going to be those who felt like you shouldnt have done so. Sometimes when you doing the right thing, there feels sometimes like you are swimming against the current. you will face opposition from the least expected places. That dear friends is what i read about this morning which is required in every successful and game changer, its called Thick Skin. As a leader you will have to go through such moments, usually when you have done something remarkable, or when you are going to do something remarkable, its inevitable.
