So December 10, 2013 one year ago today - I made a decision. I sat down at my laptop and ordered P90X3. I knew I loved P90X - so it had to be good, right? It wasnt good, it was awesome. I decided I had to make changes. I was the heaviest I had ever been, 205 lbs. I felt like crap. I was embarrassed. My blood pressure was high. My self confidence was low. I had basically given up on being fit again - after all, I was the ripe ol age of 43. It turns out it was not a good decision, it was the best decision. When YOU are ready, dont wait - go for it.
