So.....Freya I was gonna board at Petsmart and it seemed like a good deal till they started piling on the activities. Shes got a ton of energy and she gonna be distressed without me. Shell probably feel abandoned for 5 days. There was some sharing service that looked good where local folks watch your dog but the liability is so huge. Plus dog fights etc. First day of day care Shadows nose got torn and I had to look at the cut for 15 years in regret. So Petsmart has more rules that I thought. She can only have a couple treats and food when they give them to her, she can only have 2 of her toys. They want 50% more to have her play 9-5 with other dogs. I have my dropcam where I can call in and yell at her, but I worry about her trashing my office where she can get in and out the doggie door. On the other hand at home - she has Abby - wont feel so abandoned, shell have the comforts of home and PILES of treats and toys in the back yard. Have any of you guys tried the crowd service that watches you dog? What do you guys think. I know shell be sitting in Petsmart howling to high hell.
