So I am at the car wash where I spend more than $300 monthly. I get to the gates and it says its time to renew my membership. My usual pass is good for 180 days and it usually costs $220 for the 6 months. I call the attendant for help and tell him the renewal says $220 per month, not for the 6 months. He tells me thats not what it said, so I show him twice. He acts like I am an idiot and I am the one wrong. He tells me that is what it says, but you know its not right. I reply Yes, I know its not right, I know I am a loyal customer and I spend thousands of dollars here annually. But, this error could scare a possible customer away. His reply is nobody would spend $220 a month at a car wash. I do!
