So I am going to be interviewing for a customer service supervisor to take over some of my responsibilities, would be helpful if this person also has some warehouse inventory and ordering experience. With the new job I need to find someone to do part of what I do now. This person will be in charge of the After Sales Service team, developing a strong CSR team during peak season, handling off peak calls, responsible for hiring and training during peak and will include some travel to China for training and around the US to some Buyer meetings.
