So I am going to go on a little rant.. When I worked for Verizon wireless, I was a huge proponent for the new 4g LTE. I had to tell customers that complained about their phones going back and forth from 4g to 3g that they were crazy, and i just replaced their phone. I am not a huge fan anymore. I now drive all over the salt lake valley while I work, and have to get access Google maps, look up items etc, and to find my phone constantly changing data services, in and out of 4g gets so annoying I seriously want to take my 4g LTE phone and snap it in half. I am currently looking for another carrier that might give me more consistent service because I cant stand this!! Even in my house on the east bench of Ogden sucks ass.. And it hasnt changed for 2+ years.. Verizon customers that I told off, I am so sorry.. I am dealing with the same shit you came in and relied on my help for. And I know I can always switch my phone to just CDMA 3g. But thats not why I pay for my premium phone and service. Fix the bull shit or I am done with you Verizon!
