So I am here reflecting...about 16 years ago, I asked someone at church for a lift home and their reply was mi naaah guh dung dem part a world deh at this time a night. Mark you, I didnt understand what she meant because I was heading in the Molynes Road vicinity - Verbena Avenue to be exact and this person was not living very far from either...perhaps ten minutes from where I lived...albeit they just thought that because their home was closer to Meadowvale Church or Red Hills that they were living somewhere great. I reflected today and I cant help but to thank God for what he has done in my life; not to mention my familys life. I am not wealthy - but I AM NOT IN NEED OF ANYTHING I CANT BUY!!!Sometimes, my heart is moved; because I see how the table has turned for those who used to have it and show off - especially at Meadowvale SDA Church. Let us remember to be humble. When God Bless yuh; nuh hype a show off with it; help those you can along the way. HAPPY SABBATH MEADOWVALE!!!
