So I am on a diet and stressed so I buy a slice of Key Lime Pie. Just a slice!!! Come home and put Marsha( my hyper shih tzu, in the fence cause she will fight you for it. Well, sweet angel Cappie (Casper), my rescue shih tzu, is passed out on the couch. Even snoring. I take two mouth watering..stress reliving bites and go to the kitchen for a bottle of water...cause I am on a diet. Well, come back and the angel was faking it! He is knee-deep eating my damn slice of stress reliving pie! I was about to yell and he looked up with those big eyes and to-die-for long lashes, and I just sat on the damn couch and drank my water while he licked the plate. Moral of the story: no such thing as a sleeping dog if pie is around.
