So I applied for a graphic design position in Cedarville, which is known for being an ultra Baptist school. As part of the application process, you have to fill out an doctrinal questionnaire. I stopped applying there. However, one of the HR people started contacting me about finishing it so that I could be considered for the position. I told her that my beliefs differ from the Christian questions they asked (I mean ULTRA Christian questions). She sent me a response saying that I not only had to fill that questionnaire out, but I had to agree with them on it. Its really kind of sad that my talent as a graphic designer is being out-shined by my religious beliefs. But lets be honest, would I have really been happy working there?
