So, I arrived in Nicaragua Thursday night, on Friday I bought a bed, on Saturday the bed was delivered (they had originally told me it would be delivered in the afternoon, but I got a phone call at 11:00 that they were there and the security guard wouldnt let them in, so we had to drive over there quick and get it unloaded- stuff like this NEVER happens in Latin America! Something being delivered EARLY?!?! Inconceivable!!!!), and its all set up and ready for sheets. I still need pillows and a comforter, though. Thats definitely on the agenda for tomorrow! :) I tried to buy a car (2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara) on Saturday but they had problems with my debit card, so Ill try again on Monday, and I bought car insurance, but again I cant finalize that until Monday. Also, on Friday, I found my house and got my keys. No one will probably appreciate what an accomplishment it was to find the house. I thought I had an idea of where it was, but we still drove around for 30 minutes or so. If it wasnt for the internet on Beths phone, we never would have found it! :) So, I still have lots more shopping to do, and I have to pay off the rest of the car, but things are moving along. I plan to start living in my house tomorrow. Beth and Mikayla (her daughter) helped me get most of my things unpacked and settled yesterday. Only 2 things broke: a Corelle dinner plate and a glass mixing bowl. Not too bad, all things considered!!! :) Thanks for the prayers, everybody!
