So I call this drum supply outlet I always use because I wanted to order another snare drum stand.. I get the 24 hr off business hours dude who doesnt know a snare drum from a piccolo. And the operators name when I asked was, I kid you NOT..Rowser.. I said Rowser, I need a DW snare stand..First he asked for my credit card...Rowser, I havent purchased anything yet..Then he says..What was that item again? Me..A DW SNARE STAND!!! He says..Could you spell that please...I hung up! Ill call during regular business hours..TOMORROW!!!
