So I came to Thailand in 2001 on a quick vacation but truly a business trip and then vacationed in Bali. I always new I would return some day. Amazingly I am here in a project and have met some very kind loving people with a zest for life. Granted these last few days I have gone to some great venue and amazing luxury hotels and had dinner at St. Regis. But after all the drinking and dining, I truly enjoy soaking in the real traditional culture that vibrates this city. There is a visual madness and sense of craziness and disorder in the streets. But in between I feel a silent beauty within. Very interesting to experience and short term live in another complete different cultural value system where the thought process for reasoning and being is very different. Let see what tool I bring back to Miami. For now, I will be Smoking Cigars with my brother at Whisgars.
