So I decided the smell could be sneaking in our crappy non-caulked windows. I read that rat and mouse nests can smell awful. We pulled out the worlds nicest rodent resort out from under the shrubs. I dont think there were current residents, but it was mixed with old trash and totally disgusting. This window is in the living room where the smell is. Everyone please cross your fingers and toes that removing this removes the smell!! Also, there was a huge pile of purple sand buried back there. We have the weirdest house EVER.
