So I decided to go running today and something really weird happen this lady on a yellow bus decided to slam the brakes and stop on the middle of the street for you guys that like directions that would be frankford and comley...while Im running I realize that she gets out of the bus slam the door and walks away... meanwhile the bus still on the middle of the street so I take a run around the park and when I come back the bus still there the ladys gone so I called 311 thinking I cant call 911 this is not like a real emergency. they had me waiting for 15 minutes finally I get to talk to them and they transfer me to a number that has me waiting for 20 minutes right before I decided to hang up the phone and say forget this the answer machine picks up and tells me that the voicemail is full to call another number I laugh and hang off the phone. I go around the park and now you have one of those septa busses the one that got the electric things from the top of the bus right behind the yellow bus ,about a hundred fifty cars behind it because nobody can go through cops go right by it nobody gives a damn about it, neither do I and here attached are pictures to prove this s*** is crazy welcome to Philadelphia
