So I did a service call in Niagara Falls today. After meeting this lady and telling her that her stove was totally to old and damaged bad, that she purchased on craigslist. I watched genuine tears roll under her glasses and down her cheeks. It has been eating at me ever since after her situation was explained to me. Next week, Un announced, myself and my son will be delivering her a stove she has been wanting, and removing her old. All free of charge. Now thats a way to celebrate my birth day! Give, feels way better than receiving anything at the moment. And on a sour note, we picked up a washer from Craigslist this morning that ended up being total bologna. Good thing we got it rather than someone else. Moral of story. Craigslist is the wild west.
