So I did a test how much it would cost me to buy the contents of my capsules in the supermarket and compared it. I only managed to get 19 items as the supermarket dont sell a lot of fresh berries. I had to use dried cranberries. Just for 19 items out of 23, the cheapest was Asda at £26.64 for 1 day worth of what i get in my capsules and I used the cheapest items. The most expensive was waitrose at £41.04. So some moan about the price of the capsules for £1.97 per day and you can even get the chews for free for 1 child. I am so glad I use my money on my and my families health. Thank God for my magic capsules that make it affordable for people to look after your health. My fruit, veg and berries are picked when they are ripe not like the banana that are green in the supermarket and dont have time to ripe.
