So I did get a little glimpse of the menu and here’s some of what they’re cooking up: grilled goat & pork, braised lamb, Hungarian Goulash, charcuterie including Pig’s foot terrine (whatever that is), local cheeses including Big Woods Blue (love that), There’s Daikon Kimchi and Yellow Bean Kraut-Chi (I think he made that up). Then there’s veg; garlic, eggplant, beets, cauliflower, fingerling potatoes. I had some of the potatoes over the weekend and the flavor is out of this world delicious. Yes there’s a hot sauce bar with, I think, 6 hot sauces made of local peppers. And there’s dessert.... So pick up the phone .....763-972-3399.
