So I didnt miss out on festivities yesterday, I did my normal orphan Christmas dinner - frozen chicken and vegetables, slice of ham and 6 prawns. Enjoyed it immensely but I dont think the prawns enjoyed me. According to after hours medical team, Im allergic! Go figure after Ive eaten them all my life. Face completely went bright red and swelled to where I could not open my eyes. Itchy hives all over my face and rather unpleasant (Ill spare you the photos). So after a really bad night sleep I have just gotten out of bed. Missed Christmas breakfast with my brother and his children completely AND a shopping trip to Costco. Apologies Errol Marsh. Guess prawns are off my list for next year.
