So I get to work today and the first thing I hear is I need an advance,,,, they all got paid Friday and im not playing the hand out game again this year,,,, seems coffee break is every hour,,,, thats not happening,,,, I made it very clear if this project is not done by the end of the day I have 30 people waiting for employment calls,,, its time to be a boss and not a buddy,,,,, not playing around this year,,, you dont hear factory workers calling the boss and saying I need a ride to work, or I dont have bus fare,,,, guess being the employer is gonna make me the asshole as well, but it is what it is!!!!!!, I WILL SUCCEED!!!!
