So I got a call back from a client this afternoon saying that she didnt like the service I provided her. Apparently I didnt wash her dog long enough or properly, or blow dry her, even though, I dont need to during the summer months. It didnt matter that she wasnt even there. But considering I have been doing this for over 3 years and I have only had 2 complaints, I think thats pretty good odds. Just goes to show you cant please everyone!
